Phi Beta Iota: This is a good guide to PASSIVE Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), the only kind approved by the US secret intelligence community that is utterly terrified of ACTIVE OSINT because it would call 70-80% of their worthless activities into question. Passive OSINT is largely a scam, a fraud, seeking to spend vast amounts of time and attention and moneyon the 1% that is online, without regard to everything else that is not online and not in English. The CIA’s Open Source Center (OSC) is totally complicit in this scam.
